Business Meeting Expense Reimbursement

For Annual and Midyear Meetings, the Association is required to reserve a significant block of guest rooms at the headquarter hotel(s) as well as guarantee that members will use a large percentage of the reserved rooms. If we fail to use the contracted number of guest rooms, we pay a penalty. As a result, members who will be requesting reimbursement of expenses in conjunction with these meetings, must stay at one of the headquarter hotels. In the event the room block sells out, members having to seek alternate arrangements will be eligible to seek reimbursement pursuant to the Reimbursement Policy, provided the alternate reservation was secured after the headquarter hotels sold out. Reimbursement forms will be distributed at the conclusion of each Business Meeting, including at the conclusion of the Assembly Meeting, and must be submitted within 45 days of the meeting.

Accommodations

Our goal is to host meetings that enable all individuals to participate fully and equally. Please email the Annual Meeting Coordinator at least a week prior to the program to allow us time to make any reasonable accommodations that would allow you to participate more fully. Venues for ISBA conferences are selected for maximum accessibility.

A private lactation room will be designated and a key for the room will be available at ISBA Registration located in Linwood at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa.

Members with dietary restrictions or food allergies must notify the Annual Meeting Coordinator at least one week in advance of the event in order to provide the venue with necessary time to accommodate the request. Although we make every effort possible to accommodate all requests, we are unable to guarantee special dietary requests made on-site.

Child Care

Please be advised, due to COVID-19, the Grand Geneva no longer offers a childcare option.
